Netball finals and a steady 18k

Ally's team (balmain tigers u/10) lost their final 8-6 in extra time - what a tight match, done good, played strong but one team has to lose - I think 2007 will be the year of the Tigers.

Ran to Concord in 34 mins and returned via the Bay after the match in 42 mins for a toal of 18k in 76 mins (4.12 pace).
