Winter solstice - Summer's on it's way again !

Warm during the day but got cooler quickly as nightfall came. Winter solstice today - a big full moon, high tides, shortest day of the year, the hump, call it what you will but it's only going to get lighter again from here !

Ave pace 3.26.5 - slightly quicker than 2 weeks ago. CR4-CR5 is certainly slower than CR3-CR4 with all the twists and turns so not too concerned that splits aren't even. Hard work the last repeat as I was way off pace at 500m to go but a very quick last 500 made it look reasonable.
