Lap of the Bay - 9.14k

Met A.A at 9.30 am at Le Montage - cycled 6k there and back. Nice to hear the sound of rain on the roof this morning, but by the time I got down to the Bay it was on the way to clearing.
Easy 3k jog, met Corsta on the way who we haven't seen for ages, hopefully we can hook up tomorrow for a long run. Then we picked up the pace to do the next 3k in 11 minutes (3.40, 3.41, 3.39 ) and an easy 3k jog back to finish.

Aerobically felt fine today but my legs still feel a bit sore - can't believe the C2S can do that to you .

Total 9.14k run in 40.45.
