Sunday long run - 20k - 89.27 -ave pace 4.28

Met up with A.A and Dave Byrne for a steady run around the bay, canal and Hospital loop x 2.

Pretty solid effort - 5k splits were 24.09, 22.54, 21.25, 20.57 but not too tiring, what Lydiard describes as pleasantly fatigued - what a great description.

It was blowing a gale in all the exposed areas today - hard work for this 70kg frame to keep up with the other 2 lightweights.

Saw Silverfox and the little fox out and about in the pram - looked like they were having fun.

Forgot to add 6k cycle each way.

Total for the week - 71 km.

Good to see you yesterday and what a great long run increasing the pace with each 5km split, impressive. We were just enjoying the day out and it was a cr spotathon!

I will email you to hook up this week.
