Recovery Monday
Ran an easy 7k to K.G. oval before runclub, hooking up with Macca along the route.
Ran a 1k warm-up then the group did a 3k time trial and I helped pace a few. Tim and I set up a new course with 80 % on grass and it now includes an up and downhill section - just to make it a little harder !
Finished off with stretches and strength exercises as usual.
Total 11k.
