Friday 7.00pm - 19.3k in 88.30 (4.35 pace)

Last run for the year. It was warm again tonight but got out just after 7 pm. Ran a good steady pace considering the heat, covering just over 19k at 4.35 pace. Hardly anyone out running around the Bay - but why would there be at 7.30 on a friday night ?

No time and just too hot to fit in a run on New Years Eve.

Total for the week so far, unless I can fit a run in tonight is 75k - but as it is curently 41 degrees outside that doesn't look likely !

Total k's for the year = 4083, which equates to about 79k per week.

Hopefully I can start the New Year tomorrow with a good 2hr run - southerly change tonight should make it pleasant to run.
