mid-week medium long run - 20.0k in 92 mins

Ran from work to home via the usual route of Lane cove and Victoria rd to the Bay run but here I deviated slightly and went around Timbrell Park and along Ramsay road Fivedock thru Haberfield shops and out onto Parramatta rd and from there home via Petersham oval and Stanmore. Listened to triple-j on the way home but had an earpiece malfunction and so finished the run with the southerly in one ear and radio in the other. Got stuck at the traffic lights at Fivedock for ages and lost interest from there.
