Long around the Bay
Met up with Nick at 6.30 am at Stanmore and headed out from there via Petersham and down along the canal to the Bay. Threw in a loop around Timbrell Park and an out and back along shores, a loop around the hospital grounds and back along the canal and home to Stanmore. I added another 15 mins or so after seeing Nick off to get in 1hr.50 and just over 23k. Hopefully Nick pulled up well - I really was cruising it today and could have kept going but had to be get home to get ready for the girls soccer at 10am.
Total 95k for the week.

Hey Siobhan,
My Dad's operation went great - one new hip and one to go. He is up walking and will be going to rehab on Thursday for about 10 days and then home. He should be fully recovered in about 6 weeks time - pretty cool !
I can see where you get your toughness from, 26!
Great to hear his recovery is going well.
